Terms of service

Last updated: 2026-10-30

These terms cover your use of OpenPuke at openpuke.com. By playing, signing in or buying a deck you accept them.

Adults only (18+)

OpenPuke is for people aged 18 or over. By playing or signing in you confirm that you are.

Play voluntarily and responsibly

OpenPuke is a dare-or-penalty party game. Every dare and every penalty is part of a game: nobody has to do one, and passing is always allowed.

  • Never pressure or force anyone to drink or to do something they do not want to do.
  • Penalties can be shots. Turn on sober mode to play with forfeits instead. Know your limits, and do not drink if you are driving, pregnant, on medication or otherwise should not.
  • Look after each other. If someone feels unwell or uncomfortable, stop the game.
  • Play at your own risk. You are responsible for what you do; the cards are not an instruction to do anything unsafe, illegal or harmful.

Accounts

You do not need an account to play. You sign in, with an e-mail code or with Google, only to buy and keep extra decks. Keep access to your e-mail account safe.

Purchases

Extra decks are digital goods, bought one at a time through Stripe Checkout and charged in euros (EUR). Prices in the app are shown plus VAT. A deck is tied to your account and unlocks right after payment. There are no subscriptions.

If a payment goes through but the deck does not unlock, or you have any other problem with a purchase, write to us (see Contact) and we will fix it or refund you. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Fair use

Do not attack, overload or scrape the service, do not try to get decks without paying, and do not use offensive or unlawful nicknames. We may close rooms or accounts that break these rules.

Our content

The name OpenPuke, the design, the cards and the code are ours. You may use them to play with your friends. Do not copy or resell them.

No guarantees

OpenPuke is offered as it is. We may change, pause or stop it. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for damage from using the app or from what happens at your table. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

Privacy

How we handle your data is explained in the privacy policy.
